At The Baseline.

LA Tennis Consulting Agency was founded on a simple observation: the jump from junior tennis to college tennis, and the jump from college tennis to the pro tour, are both won or lost off the court as often as on it.

Families navigating recruiting rarely know what a coach is actually evaluating. Players turning pro rarely know how to build a schedule, a team, or a budget that survives a full season. We sit on both sides of that gap, because we've worked both sides of it — as competitive players, college staff, and agents.

We take a limited number of clients in each track per year, by design. Every athlete gets a plan built around their draw, not a template.

§1 We only take players we believe we can actually move forward — not everyone who applies.
§2 Recruiting advice is free of coach favoritism. We work for the player, not a commission from any program.
§3 On the pro side, we negotiate every deal in the open — no terms our clients haven't seen first.
§4 Based in Los Angeles. We travel to tournaments, campuses, and clients — not the other way around.

Sam Landau

Sam Landau

Founder

A fifth-year senior at Indiana University studying finance, Sam is the program's No. 1 player on a full athletic scholarship. He has carried a UTR as high as 13.7, with career-high national rankings of No. 13 in doubles and No. 37 in singles, and competed in both draws at the NCAA Division I Individual Championships in Orlando, Florida.

Josh Landau

Founder

A 2023 Sports Management graduate of Indiana University, Josh now works at 4Lifers agency in Los Angeles. A three-star recruit in tennis throughout high school, he also competed at a high level in competitive soccer before turning his focus to representing players full-time.

A fifth-year senior at Georgetown University studying economics, Max plays national-level club tennis after a highly competitive junior and high school career. He has completed an internship in investment banking and currently interns in sales and trading at Jane Street.
